The 2009 Tulip Regatta will be running Saturday & Sunday, April 4-5, 2009. It consists of a series of windward/leeward buoy races on Fidalgo Bay in Anacortes, Washington. The Regatta is open to all yachts that have completed a registration form and waiver, plus have submitted a current PHRF rating certificate and meet PIYA category III requirements.

Registration is Friday, April 3 at the AYC clubhouse from 1730 to 2030. The fleet splits and divisions will be announced at the skipper's meeting at 0800 Saturday morning at the clubhouse. The first race will start at 0930 in Fidalgo Bay.

The regatta will be governed by the Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS) 2009-2012, except as any of these may be changed by the sailing instructions.

Awards will be presented at the banquet the evening after the race at the AYC clubhouse. The bar will be open to all participants and guests.
