2017 Deer Harbor Wine, Chocolate and Cheese Cruise - Sept 15 - 17

We are expecting 20+ boats to attend. If you plan to participate, please call Deer Harbor Marina at Phone: (360) 376-3037  or  email at  www.deerharbormarina.com to make your reservations and tell them you are with the AYC group so you will get the discount moorage.
We are now planning to have dinner Friday night at 6:00pm at the new Island Pie, Pizza Restaurant there at the Marina. See the menu.  Their number is 360-376-2505 if you want to call and confirm your reservation. More information about that will be posted soon. Of course, you can have dinner on your own, if you so desire.

The Wine/Chocolate and Cheese Tasting will be Saturday afternoon.
Plan to bring a Red and/or White Wine for tasting as well as chocolates, cheeses and crackers, and any snacks you would like to share for the tasting party.
The Party Barge is rented for Saturday evening for the POTLUCK Dinner, so plan to bring something to share. We have reserved and will have use of the barbecue grill, so feel free to bring something to grill.
 
Going to Town or around the Island
We will be renting a Van to transport people to and from East Sound on Saturday. More information about that will be posted soon. If you are interested in riding the van, please let Marti know so we can plan for the van with appropriate number of seats.

Check-out is Sunday.
 
Deer Harbor Marina has showers, restrooms, and laundry facilties on shore. They also have modern dock facilities with side ties up to 120’, a full service grocery store and restaurant; including beer and wine sales, as well as a convenient fuel dock and pump-out facilities.   Moorage fees are $1.85/ ft. with 30 AMP shore power included, $5 day extra for 50 AMP or $1.50 a ft without power or, if you’re cruising with a club of 6 boats or more.  Please check out the attachments for the amenities that come with your slip fee and the marina layout.
