Windermere Regatta
The Windermere Regatta is held each year with generous sponsorship by Windermere Realty and consists of two days of PHRF and One Design buoy racing in Anacortes, WA. Off the water events include a barbecue at the club on Friday night, a delicious dinner prepared by yacht club members on Saturday with a raffle of products and services provided by local businesses such as Anacortes Rigging & Yacht Services, Cap Sante Marine, Nantucket Inn, Pacific Marine Center, West Marine and more! The regatta will conclude with complimentary champagne delivery on the water after the final race, chili dogs back at the club and the awards presentation.
The Windermere Regatta is open to all yachts whose skippers have completed the registration process; have paid an entry fee of $60.00 ($70.00 after 31 May); are current PHRF-NW members; and meet PIYA category III requirements. The regatta will be governed by the Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS) 2013-2016, except as indicated by the sailing instructions.
