Sessions: 4
(This is boating season and class may be cancelled based on lack of interest for a specific date (i.e., 5th of July)
Day & Time: Thursday – 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
Cost: Donation to the Youth Sailing Program (suggested amount $4.00). Paid day of class attendance.
Required minimum: These are drop-in classes (pay as you go).
I will need a minimum of 6 people showing an interest in attending

Class Description: The class includes varied exercises designed to increase energy, improve circulation, strengthen muscles, expand range of motion, lubricate joints, relieve stiffness, keep your back in alignment, improve posture and enhance overall physical ability whatever your interest or sport. We try to move every muscle in your body during class using varied disciplines such as classical stretch, basic Yoga, and Pilates. All done to soothing music. Please wear comfortable cloths. Bring a sticky mat and water. All skill levels welcome.
Note: Please do not leave mats or other class related supplies at the club house.
