Annual salmon barbeque featuring sockeye salmon poached in a garlic-citrus butter, Greek green salad with balsamic vinaigrette, fancy Cole slaw, baked potatoes with butter and sour cream with chives and a surprise desert ala Bob Neumann! Also available if you sign up for them will be grilled chicken and for the vegetarians amongst us marinated, grilled Portobello mushroom caps. All for only $15.00 per person. We will also have barbequed oysters at $1.00 each, cash at the serving table, on a first come first served basis! Please pre-register with your meal choices by Wednesday before the event.
